In my prior life I honed my focus and prioritization skills while working as a critical care nurse for almost 2 decades, then getting to know the behind the scenes of entrepreneur life as a community manager for online business memberships and masterminds.
I'm an American living in the French countryside with my husband and daughter, I've seen every episode of the Office and Schitt's Creek more than once, I aspire to do yoga, read anything except horror, and only buy cookbooks with pictures.
I'm currently certified as a life coach in the Co-Active and Designing Your Life methodologies, in addition to certification by International Coaching Federation (IFC).
